At A To Z Home Decor , We Want You To Love Your Purchase! If For Any Reason You Are Not Completely Satisfied With Your Order, We Are Happy To Assist You With Returns Or Exchanges According To The Following Policy.
1. General Return and Exchange Guidelines
- Returns: We Accept Returns On Eligible Items Within 7 days Of The Delivery Date. To Be Eligible For A Return, Your Item Must Be Unused, In The Same Condition That You Received It, And In Its Original Packaging.
- Exchanges: If You Wish To Exchange An Item For A Different Size, Color, Or Style, You May Do So Within 7 days Of Receiving Your Order, As Long As The Item Is In New, Unused Condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some Items Are Not Eligible For Return Or Exchange, Including:
- Personalized Or Custom-Made Products (Unless Damaged Or Defective Upon Arrival)
- Final Sale Or Clearance Items
- Gift Cards
- Items That Have Been Used, Altered, Or Damaged
3. How To Return Or Exchange An Item
To Initiate A Return Or Exchange, Please Follow These Steps:

Return Instructions: Our Team Will Provide You With A Return Authorization (RA) Number And Detailed Instructions On How To Proceed With The Return Or Exchange.

Ship The Item Back: Once You Receive The RA Number, Pack The Item Securely In Its Original Packaging, Along With The RA Number And A Copy Of The Original Invoice. Please Ship The Return Item(s) To The Address Provided By Our Customer Service Team.
Note: You Are Responsible For The Cost Of Return Shipping, Unless The Return Is Due To A Defective Or Incorrect Item.
4. Refunds
- Once We Receive Your Returned Item(s), We Will Inspect Them And Process Your Refund.
- Refunds Will Be Issued To The Original Payment Method Used For The Purchase.
- Please Allow Up To 5-7 Working Days For Your Refund To Be Processed And Appear In Your Account, Depending On Your Payment Provider.
- In Case Of COD Payment Refund Will Be Done In The Buyer Bank Account For Which The Buyer Will Have To Provide The ( UPI ID OR NUMBER )
5. Exchange Process
- If You Are Requesting An Exchange For A Different Item, We Will Ship The Replacement Item(s) Once We Receive The Returned Items And Verify Their Condition.
- If There Is A Price Difference Between The Exchanged Items, We Will Charge Or Credit The Difference Accordingly.
6. Damaged Or Defective Items
- If Your Item Arrives Damaged Or Defective, Please Contact Our Customer Service Team SAME DAY Of Receiving Your Order To Initiate A Return Or Exchange.
- We Will Cover The Return Shipping Costs For Damaged Or Defective Items And Provide A Full Refund Or Replacement, depending on your preference.
7. International Returns
- For Orders Outside Of India Customers Are Responsible For Shipping & Return Shipping Costs, And The Item Must Be Returned In Its Original, Unused Condition.
- Any Customs Duties Or Taxes Incurred On International Returns Are The Responsibility Of The Customer.
8. Lost or Stolen Items
- We Are Not Responsible For Lost Or Stolen Items Once A Tracking Number Has Been Provided And The Item Is Marked As Delivered. We Recommend Using A Secure Delivery Address Or Requesting A Signature For Delivery To Ensure The Safety Of Our Items.
